2. Definitions

2.1 Free Spins: Rounds provided on specific slot games. Winnings from free spins are treated as bonus funds and may be subject to wagering requirements.The spins itself cannot be converted to cash. 

2.2 Free Chips: Bonus credits for table games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette) that may generate winnings. The chip itself cannot be converted into cash.

2.3 Cash Rewards: Cash directly added to a player’s balance, which may be subject to wagering requirements.

2.4 Casino Boost: A temporary increase in bonus value, activated under specific conditions.

2.5 Bonus Balance: A separate balance from bonuses that may have restrictions, such as wagering requirements.

2.6 Deposit Bonus: A bonus awarded based on the deposit amount, typically as a percentage (e.g., 100%, 50%, 25% match).

2.7 Wagering Contribution: The percentage each bet contributes toward meeting wagering requirements, which may vary by game.

2.8 Maximum Cashout: The limit on winnings that can be withdrawn from a bonus.

2.9 Sticky Bonus: A bonus that cannot be withdrawn but enhances gameplay; winnings generated can be withdrawn.

2.10 Non-Sticky Bonus: A bonus that remains separate from real money, with winnings withdrawable until the bonus is activated.

2.11 Reload Bonus: A bonus on subsequent deposits to encourage continued play.

2.12 VIP Program: A rewards system offering benefits such as exclusive bonuses, cashback, and higher withdrawal limits.

2.13 Promo Code: A specific code entered to activate a bonus.

2.14 Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses by breaching terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.

2.15 Bonus: Any promotional offer providing players with additional funds, free spins, or incentives to enhance their gaming experience.

2.16 Wagering Requirements: Conditions that must be met before a player can withdraw bonus funds or winnings generated from bonuses, usually expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.

2.17 Qualifying Deposit: The minimum amount a player must deposit to be eligible for a bonus.

2.18 Bonus Code: A unique code that players can enter to activate a specific bonus offer.

2.19 Active Bonus: A bonus claimed by a player that is currently being used or has not yet completed the wagering requirements.

3. Eligibility for Bonuses

3.1 Players must meet user account requirements stated outlined in the terms and conditions and some bonuses may require additional jurisdictional eligibility requirements. 

3.2 Certain bonuses may require a qualifying deposit, activation of a bonus code, or completing specific wagering conditions to become eligible. Included but not limited to Promo codes, manual activation may be necessary to claim some of these bonuses.  Each bonus may have distinct qualifying actions or criteria. 

3.3 Bonuses are granted per individual and may have restrictions on multiple claims from the same IP or device.

3.4 Players must activate bonuses within a specified timeframe upon receipt. Expired bonuses may be forfeited.

3.5 Only Active accounts are eligible for promotion/bonus offers. Accounts that are disabled, suspended or in any way deemed inactive may not be eligible for any rewards, including but not limited to  rakeback, cashback, tournament or lottery prizes. 

3.6 Only one bonus can be active at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise. While players may participate in multiple campaigns or promotions, all bonuses and their associated conditions will be processed and fulfilled on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis.

4. Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonuses and winnings must meet specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.2 There are two types of bonuses regarding wagering requirements:

• Type 1: Bonuses with wagering requirements applied to the bonus amount. Players must meet the specified conditions to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash.
• Type 2: Bonuses awarded after completing a specific amount of wagering without additional requirements, meaning the bonus can be used or withdrawn directly upon receipt.

4.3 Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses under Type 1 - 40x wagering requirement on the total bonus amount may be applied.

4.4 Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses under Type 2 - Minimum of 60x wager requirement on the total possible bonus may be applied. (Excluding - Bonuses/Promotions with No Wager requirement) 

4.5 Game contributions vary, unless otherwise specified, the wager contributions will be outlined as below:

4.6 Certain games may not contribute to clearing wagering requirements or conditions. If requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited. 

4.7 Real money is used first, followed by bonus funds when both balances are available.

5. Gameplay and Betting Limits

5.1 While a bonus is active, maximum bet limits apply (The maximum bet per round while using a bonus is 5 USDT or its equivalent in other cryptocurrencies) and minimal-risk bets (e.g., betting on both outcomes) are prohibited.

5.2 Some games may be restricted when a bonus is active. Only real-money bets qualify toward meeting wagering requirements.

5.3 Group or related betting patterns that exploit bonuses are prohibited. 

5.4 Jups.io at its own discretion, may add or modify a list of games that are prohibited or restricted from bonus and promotions. (See Appendix A for more information.)

6. Currency and Bonus Switching

6.1 Currency switching is allowed during bonus fulfillment, enabling multi-currency use across bonus stages or completion/contribution where applicable.

6.2 Bonuses are typically issued in USDT. However, where applicable, bonuses may be credited in the user’s actively used currency. Please note that switching currencies during the bonus period may affect the eligibility requirements or fulfillment of the bonus and its wager requirement. 

7. Withdrawals and Bonus Forfeiture

7.1 Withdrawals are blocked until wagering requirements are fulfilled; early withdrawals may result in forfeiture of any active bonus and related winnings.

7.2 Withdrawals are subject to audit checks. Failing an audit may void bonuses or winnings. Players can make partial withdrawals of deposited funds before completing wagering requirements, but this may result in forfeiting any active bonus and associated winnings.

7.3 Bonuses have expiration dates, generally between 7 to 30 days, unless otherwise stated. Unused Free Spins or its winnings may expire within seven days or other time frame stated.

7.4 No bonuses contribute to jackpot games and should not be used for such purposes. If a jackpot is won with bonus money, the bet is void, and all winnings from the jackpot are canceled.

7.5 The maximum withdrawal amount from non-deposit bonuses is 20 USDT or its equivalent in other cryptocurrencies.

8. Bonus Abuse Prevention

8.1 Abuse includes violating terms, creating multiple accounts, or exploiting system loopholes. This includes the use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stage.

8.2 Jups.io reserves the right to forfeit rewards, limit access, exclude players from future promotions, or terminate accounts if abuse is suspected.

8.3 The use of unfair software or methods to gain an advantage over the system is strictly prohibited.

8.4 In the event of abuse, Jups.io reserves the right to halt and suspend or close the player account in question. Jups,io reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts awarded and players may be held liable for reimbursing Jups.io for any financial losses resulting from bonus abuse.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Players are encouraged to gamble responsibly and set personal limits. Resources for responsible gaming and support services are available for those who may need assistance.

10. Modifications and Availability of Bonuses

10.1 Jups.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. Changes may be communicated clearly, and bonuses already credited will remain under the original terms, unless otherwise stated. 

10.2 Players may be informed of any significant changes to the bonus terms and conditions, however it is the user’s responsibility to visit the terms regularly. Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Technical and System Issues

11.1 Players must report technical issues promptly. Jups.io reserves the right to void bonuses or winnings in case of system malfunctions.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Any disputes related to bonuses must be submitted within 72 hours within the incident for review.

12.2 In resolving disputes, Jups.io management decision is final and binding.

13. Anti-Fraud and Compliance

13.1 Compliance with anti-fraud  policies is strictly enforced. Accounts found in violation may forfeit their bonuses and its winnings.

14. Bonus Expiration

14.1 Bonuses and its winnings when applicable (i.e. Bonus with wagering requirement) may have specific expiration dates. If requirements are not met within the given period, bonuses may be forfeited. 

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 Jups.io is not liable for any direct or indirect losses related to bonuses, system failures, or errors during gameplay.

16. Communication and Promotions

16.1 By accepting bonuses, players consent to receive promotional materials from Jups.io. Players may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

17. Player Responsibility

19.1 Players acknowledge their responsibility for understanding the terms and conditions associated with bonuses and gambling.

20. Bonus Reinstatement

20.1 Players may inquire about reinstating forfeited bonuses after a specified period. Reinstatement policies may vary and are subject to management discretion.

21. Third-Party Offers

21.1 Bonuses or promotions from third parties may have separate terms. Players should review these terms before participating.

22. Amendments to the Terms
